Introduction to Meditation will prepare you to enter into several types of meditation practice. All of these practices are aimed at opening our hearts to compassion and wisdom.  We will explore calm-abiding meditation, Tonglen meditation and White Tara Meditation. Tonglen, or giving and receiving, is a practice of great compassion. White Tara meditation practice opens our realization of compassion within the uncompounded nature of reality. There is no experience necessary. This class is on a drop-in basis. You may join at any time.
