This practice will introduce you to a Tibetan Buddhist meditation – using the mantra Om Tare Tu Tare Ture Soha – that can be used by anyone to achieve compassion and lovingkindness. This practice is great for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. This meditation uses mantra, visualization, and mindfulness for the transformation of suffering.
