MEDITATION
In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition there are many types of meditation available to practitioners. The objective of all of these meditation methods is to cultivate compassion and abandon self-clinging. There is no fee for any of our meditation sessions. All are welcome.

Green Tara Meditation Practice

White Tara Meditation Practice is a method for the cultivation of compassion. Practiced by all four major schools of Tibetan Buddhism, White Tara has been the main deity practice of many well-known Buddhist scholars and siddhas in both India and Tibet, foremost among whom where Nagarjuna and Atisha.

Guided Purification Meditation - Om Ah Hung
Sundays 10:00-10:45am
Om Ah Hung Meditation is a method for the cultivation of compassion. Using the mantra, Om Ah Hung, we can let go of negative emotions and experience warm-heartedness towards all beings. This is a simple guided meditation that will lead you through a purification of the main chakras and associated mind-states.
