Understanding Buddhism Class

Mondays, 7:00–8:30pm

In this class you will deepen awareness in the thought, practice and traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. This spring David continue teaching an introductory course on Vajrayana Buddhism using Chogyum Trungpa’s book Milarepa: Lessons from the Life and Songs of Tibet’s Great Yogi as a guide.

Meditation Class

Wednesdays, 7:00–9:00pm


Join us for teaching, discussion, and meditation!  Currently, Tim is teaching from Pema Chodron’s book Start Where You Are: A Guide to Compassionate Living.  We will have copies of the book available at the Dharma Center. Please feel free to join this class at any time!


Community Meditation

Sundays, 4:00-5:00pm


This is a beautiful meditation for compassion training. On Sunday afternoons we will meditate together using a guided OM AH HUNG practice. This is an introductory practice in purification and compassion training to create a foundation for other tantric meditation practices.

Medicine Buddha Meditation

Sundays, 5:15-6:15pm


Join us in this healing meditation. Beginners and experienced meditators will benefit from this practice.  The aim of this meditation is to create the causes and conditions for the healing of body, speech and mind – for ourselves and all sentient beings.
